Do you have a public roadmap?

We don't have a public roadmap. Next in the pipeline is to introduce integrations, greater deep link support and a 1-click shortener chrome extension.

Do you have XXXX integration?

We're working on adding integrations with platforms including Zapier, Buffer and HubSpot. If there's a platform you'd like added, let us know at team[at]pxl.to.

Do you plan to add XXXX feature soon?

While we do have features in the pipeline, we’re not going to solve all problems. We believe the best products are those that are simple, elegant, and easy to use.

However, let us know if there's a feature you'd like added!

Do you have multi-language support?

pxl.to can generate short links to any website, however the app dashboard is available only in English. This won't affect anybody who clicks your links. In the future we'll be adding multi-language support for the dashboard.

What do you do with user data?

We are very careful with personally identifiable information.

• All session and analytics data is anonymised where possible.
• Data we cannot anonymise is stored securely on protected infrastructure, running AWS services in the AWS Cloud.
• Third-party auditors regularly test and verify the effectiveness of AWS security as part of the AWS compliance programs.
• You can delete your account and all associated data within the pxl.to dashboard at any time.

Is it possible for me to upgrade my product later?

Yes, as more features pop-up you'll automatically get access to them through your plan.
